Up to 1930

The Sandersons in 1900

My information on this period is a bit patchy, but I'll do my best to present what I have been told by older memebrs of the family over the years.

In the 1870s, Catherine Tough married Alexander Sanderson (that's them in the picture). They had six children, the youngest, Georgina, was my Grandmother. Georgina married Andrew Stewart and they had twelve children, my Mother - born in 1899 - was the eldest. Her siblings were Annie, Minnie, Agnes, Emily, Alex, Elizabeth, Cathy, John, Thelma, Frank and Alice.

In 1904, my Father Douglas (Doug) Dundas was born in Brechin, Angus. He had one sister, Nancy.
